As someone who has licensed both CT and VoodooPad, I definitely agree with Manfred. Connected Text is superior to VoodooPad in almost every way, other than simple ease of use and WYSIWYG functionality...

Gary,
The Library is where you list your references. To create notes and write up your thoughts, you should use be using "Material," I believe.
The rest of what you have written sounds correct to me...

That's quite a list, but I wonder why Zoot isn't on it. Seems to me that Zoot is as good, if not better, at implementing GTD as many of those applications.
