Interesting piece. That screen shot of an early (first?) edition of Evernote on Windows was a hoot. Using a handwriting font to make it look like Evernote 1.0 supported handwriting. So retro.

I'm getting converted again back to Dynalist thanks to Bill & Steve solving my two issues.
The Google calendar integration in Pro is very good -- too bad though it is one-way (Dynalist --> calendar)....
