No matter, if I select a heading using the keyboard or the mouse: ALT+SHIFT+UP/DOWN moves the heading one paragraph up or down. Only the heading, not the heading plus the text below.

But you don't need it to get the Psion up and running. BTW: Doesn't the sync software require a seriel port - and I don't think your Macbook has...
