Actually Bonsai might also allow you to just use a category (in a column) or other ways (keywords, status, type, priority, specific phrase) to filter the items/branches that you want to print/export.

P.S. I forget to mention the "Tile vertically" feature, which allows me to view three O4D outlines side-by-side comfortably on a 22in monitor.
