There is no question that Roam is a great app. The question is whether it's worth $15 a month.
For me it has now replaced WorkFlowy for most things, but I still haven't made the jump to the paid vers...

Sometimes ideas just get translated into another medium.
And the fact that it was possible to translate them perhaps means that there are no silos.
I haven't tried Obsidian, so I can't comment on it...

I've tried many todo apps over the years, and I ended up having the same problem with all of them, namely, that after a while it was hard to see the forest for the trees.
