Not quite... As far as I can see, it's just a read-only app ("the iPad version will be free for reading and presenting purposes"), unless you also subscribe to "Office 365 Personal, a $6.99-per-month ...
On that basis Paperpile sounds the closest to what you're describing, as long as the users don't mind using Google accounts.

I've been using InoReader: http://www.inoreader.com/ Very similar to Google Reader and works fine in Safari in iOS.

Oh, yes. The other thing that prompted me to start checking out other browsers is that recently I switched off all the fancy Aero stuff on my Win7, 64-bit machine, as it was really slowing things down...
