I wonder what the usage metrics are for Dynalist iOS (or iOS outliners in general). vs Windows, Mac, and online. I imagine Dynalist knows, and that the answer determines where they spend their develop...
They're making a really big deal out of this new hire and raising expectations sky high: so, if the "superhero" (really ladling it on there, Workflowy ) doesn't deliver, and deliver quickly, it'll bac...

Obviously, you don't know that for sure, and I don't think a text post will put us in danger of running out of server space, so yeah, we'll keep the post.

It's been so long since I visited the MyInfo forum that I forgot my password. On the log-in screen, I clicked "Forgot Password" and then entered my email address. The site promised to send me a link. ...

No Windows version, either - but there's a Linux version 'in progress". If he's going to stick with just one platform, Mac, then he ought to work on the IOS version (as the original poster wrote) rath...
Folding Text 3 -- on the horizon?

Our own Stephen Zeoli wrote on this forum in 2014:
"[Hogbay owner] Jesse Grosjean is an innovative developer, but he doesn’t seem to have the ability to make a plan and stick with it. ... Maybe...
Folding Text 3 -- on the horizon?

An underwhelmed user wrote on the Hogbay forum:
"FoldingText is moving into an area where there are already established competitors like Ulysses, Bear, and The Archive, that, and I sincerely don̵...
Nor is Windows. You'd think a "replacement for Ulysses" would gain more traction in the Windows world, which lacks anything like a Ulysses, versus the Mac world, which already has a Ulysses, with lots...

You speak for *everyone* in the group? That's ludicrous. Outlining software is such a niche that paying a small developer twenty or thirty bucks for his product likely won't keep him going forever, an...

There's a lot of talk on this forum about "supporting" small developers. A subscription scheme likely is the best way to support small developers, as it gives them a steady stream of income from their...
The future of OneNote

You're probably right, though if Microsoft is committed to cloud storage as the default for OneNote, it'd be nice to have an option for parallel local storage.

I echo these comments. Most everything about InfoQube is "non-essential" to me, and it seem a bit unfriendly to newcomers who - again like me - just want a simple single-pane outliner without all the ...
