I just make private boards on Pinterest, which has clipper extensions for all browsers.
A more powerful option is Miro, which has a free tier (but only 3 Boards), and then gets pricey.

As it's cross-platform with Windows, what type of sync does it employ? Does it require maintaining copies locally on all platforms, or does it have some sort of cloud repository?
