I had trouble finding it initially. Strangely, it is iOS software and hence in the iOS store. I had assumed it was Mac software and couldn't find it in the Mac Store either.

I agree. Using Clip Article also creates a note that can be highlighted or otherwise annotated, and has usable links! This is a huge improvement over the previous web page image.
