For example in UR, when you connect in one item to the other, you cannot describe the connection itself if any way
In TheBrain, one can at least give a name to the link (link type) connection the item...

A3000 is great, I can fully recommend it, used it for index lots of data (and still use it if I don't need complicated searches).
