Did you ever try the Ammonite tag cloud add-on to devonthink? it's a beautiful way to work amongst MacOS tags and devonthink databases at the same time!

There is a Devonthink script that will do that, but it works with a
snapshot of the data.

A live graph view in one window and another window open for text editing
