Lost opportunity is the best summary of OneNote (and I used it for over 10 years). Time to move on.
I don't know if it could be a replacement. But it would be a great tool to add to the KM toolbox.

I bit the bullet and purchased DEVON Think Pro last month. I'm slowly converting OneNote data over. I have used OneNote since version one. I'm really going to miss it.

I would have stuck with OneNote if:
1. It had a future on the desktop
2. Allowed me to keep all my files local on the desktop
3. Had full feature parity with its Windows counterpart
