Yes, I’ve recently started to use Todoist, and I must say it’s a very pleasant environment. Marred only by the fact that it’s not shareable - for that, you need Wedoist, apparently. But it’s quite expensive compared to other shareable solutions (one of the best and simplest being Priorities on the iPad, which also gives you access to an individual web page that includes - here’s the clever bit - any “pages” of Priorities you’re sharing with other people!).

But the model for Todoist - essentially a “dual outline”, i.e. a project outline on the left with a task outline on the right - is very neat, providing an excellent overview. The subscription for a Pro account is very modest, too.

It definitely look sleek. I’m working with Task Unifier (desktop) plus Toodledo these days.

Thanks for the heads up; adding it to my long list of collaborative solutions to watch for. Indeed 24/month is quite a lot, though it will get cheaper as the headcount grows, since it is a flat fee unrelated to the number of users. Anyway, someone’s got to pay for the free native clients…

The free Google Apps version seems to have no user limitation by the way.

Toodledo does not provide this layout but, interestingly enough, Task Unifier does. So apparently Toodledo somehow supports such a hierarchy or the sync would not work.

Indeed.

ToodleDo does if you upgrade to a Pro subscription - full subtasking etc. is indeed supported (you may be interested in 2Do, available across multiple platforms, which uses ToodleDo as a “back end”). There are quite a few ToodleDo-based clients (I’ve finally deleted most of mine, so I apologise for not being able to give you a list!). I really liked ToodleDo 3.0 for the iPad, but they’ve reverted to the old interface because of negative user reaction - a pity, I thought the new interface was much more inventive (and informative).
