I'm the author of Writing Outliner for Word which was discussed here sometime ago.

In recent months I've not only improved the stability of the outliner Word add-in by significantly simplified the internal structure, and also added built-in viewer and full-text search support for pdf files, text files and all kinds of image files.

Nice to hear Writing Outliner is in continuing development. It's a powerful addition to Word.

Absolutely d'accord. But Yip, you should integrate your two products into one, even if they are - had been - conceptionally different, at some time, and even if that synthesis work will, also on the technical level, ask for quite some work. Today's prospects don't really grasp where to go, with your offerings, so they tend to withhold their purchase. ( And don't try to argue why "they serve different purposes", and all that: just hear me. ;-) )
