First and most important of all, i find your writing style very difficult to read. Please change this a bit more to prosa and get away from weird confused one liner sentences that looks. I really don’t understand exactly what you are talking about.

If i understand right your main complaint is about linking between different parts of texts and use “Transclusion” (the combination of linking and inclusion). Then you are welcome, and you are right there is nothing like this on the market at the moment. The best you can get is MediaWiki, also known as Wikipedia where you set links and the inclusion part is implemented as a short tooltip preview to a description of the linked entity.
