+ Also before committing to any platform for a big project, if hoisting aka selective/custom/filtered views are needed, it might be best to make sure such custom views contain:

+ i) Hierarchy Levels: nodes, sub-nodes levels etc. or at least tags to indicate so
+ ii) Inline Data: i.e. keeps data for nodes/sub-nodes, not just nodes tiles

+ Or at the very least the software’s normal (un-hoisted) view contains the above two capabilities, not all outliners have both.

+ For me these two features have to be true for import and export too, often levels hierarchy structure &/or inline data is lost in conversions. Would be useless to me if either is not kept.
