Looks like Aeon Timeline is now available for Windows in addition to OS X. (See it at scribblecode.com.) On Mac, Aeon will sync with Scrivener, but that feature is not yet available on Windows. IMO, Aeon has a better feature set than BeeDocs' Timeline 3D
