Level of service is one of the things I test early when testing new software. No matter how much I like new software, if the developer isn’t responsive, I can’t take the risk of adopting the software and basing my business productivity on it.
I always put in a few support tickets with questions while I am testing it to see how fast the response is and how helpful.
