As far as I can tell, Brainstorm models preserve the text entries intact; in theory then, one should be able to index/search Brainstorm files as if they were text files, as long as the indexer can be convinced/tricked to treat them as text files. Finding the actual search text’s position within a model is another issue.

So, I would suggest (step 1) trying out your favourite indexer for finding which model has the text string you are looking for and then (step 2) searching within that model with Brainstorm itself.
