I am using Directoy Opus 8 and it is an Internet Explorer replecement. It is very stable (no crashes and and very low resource reqirements. Further, you can organize your most important folders in tabs).

I have tested FileNotes but even the idea and the concept is great I rejected using it due to crashes and heavy CPU usage. Basically, FilesNotes is an application with features I am expecting in Internet Explorer or Directory Opus.
