As far as I have tried them out, ClipCache, X2net Smartboard and Yankee Clipper X don’t have rules, though YCX keeps clips of different types in different folders.

With the exception of ClipMate and ClipMagic, what other clip managers are you aware of that can automatically move clips to specific folders on the basis of user-defined rules?
