The basic “easy access to your lists” requirement reminds me of the personal hand terminals that are in everyone’s hands and the larger holoscreen-like displays that are pervasive in every scene of The Expanse.  The characters are always swiping up / down / left /right /diagonally to change displays (“lists” I suppose), or flick lists off to new screens hovering nearby.  Quite cool.  Touchscreens are essential for easy access.

AR wont do, there would have to be a separate device

a voice-controlled wearable would be good

maybe a watch, a ring, an armband, wristband, those seem good
