... with support for tables. And quite sophisticated support, by all accounts.

I want to like and use Ulysses, but it being only available for Mac and iOS makes it undesirable for me. At the beginning of the pandemic, I was furloughed. I subscribed to Ulysses then because I anticipated having a lot of time to write while at home. And I did. But then I was called back to work… where I spend my days on a Windows PC. I didn’t use Ulysses again and then my subscription ran out. I wish they would port Ulysses to the web.

Tables are really well done. Rearranging fields is easy, and you can output tables to html, pdf, Microsoft Word, or directly to a Wordpress blog. In general use Word as a last resort, mainly when working with an editor tracking changes (the standard used in publishing), but right now Ulysses can do pretty much everything I need before that last progression.
