Bill,

Thank you for all of your good ideas, advice and commentary throughout last year. It was helpful and so refreshing to communicate with someone who understood how things weren’t working out, even though it wasn’t happening to you.

Your quick, realistic and stable alternatives like Outlook, UpNote and Notion were exactly what I needed to turn device/app train wrecks into a workable, stable setup, and I do so much appreciate this.

Wishing you and everyone else here a very Happy New Year in 2022. I’m optimistic.
