I have just bought MyInfo 7, and put it on a new computer. I have brought over my MyInfo 6 data to the new computer, but MyInfo 7 seems to have trouble opening some of the files. Has anyone had this experience? I am wondering if I should download MyInfo 7 onto the the old computer, and see whether it works better.

I've never had any trouble with it converting but that was a few years ago, he's made changes since then so may be a bug.

MyInfo has its own Forum that Petko keeps an eye on and users will help if they know the problem.

After you sign in you may want to write Petko with your user name and request full access. There used to be a section only available to purchasers, not sure if it's private anymore since the official release of MyInfo 7 but doesn't hurt to ask. It was mainly for debugging and suggestions.
