Mozilla installed Firefox 3.0.1 on my laptop even though I had disabled the Firefox automatic update. Further, Firefox would no longer recognize WebCollect, AND it would not allow me to install the latest version of WebCollect from WITHIN Firefox.

So, I closed Firefox using the "End Task" in Windows Task Manager. I then opened Internet Explorer and used it to install the latest version of WebCollect into Firefox.

This worked! That is, I then reopened Firefox and was able to use WebCollect to save a web page from Firefox into a myBase file.
