Project Software that can do time tracking and relative time calculations

Hello Andy Brice, and everyone who’s here and knows about planning/project management software.

Agile software development does not directly use time durations for tasks because people are pretty bad in estimating how long something will take them to program. But we are much better in judging how complex a task is compared to another task. So an agile project software would let me specify a Task B to be 0.33*TaskA and set initial initial estimated times for A that will progressively replaced with the real tracked time.

Is there any other way for me than writing a script to do it in Excel?

I can only speak for Hyper Plan. We don’t really support this approach at present. But what I woud like to do is add ‘computed properties’. Say you have numeric properties A and B, then you could add a numeric property C that is A * B. That would enable what you want and I think it would make Hyper Plan much more powerful.
