Alex, apparently it works on iOS computers, but not mobile. I put up the big bucks for an iPad, almost entirely so I could bring recipes to my kitchen. That’s what makes this particularly disappointing to me.
There’s no prediction about when that filtering feature will be applied to EN mobile on iOS.

I am not sure what you mean by “it works on iOS computers, but not mobile”. You are using and iPad, right? The iPad runs a flavor of iOS that since last year Apple calls iPadOS. And this feature works just fine as I described it above on Evernote on the iPad. In fact, it works exactly the same as on macOS or Windows, because really, it is the same code. Try it ;).
