Simplenote now has Internal Links

It includes autocomplete and link references…  All sudden, Simplenote is a lot more interesting, if we take that is free, has native apps and is present in all plataforms that one could ask for.

Automattic has been slowly adding news features to the rather barebones Simplenote app, that has been around since forever (in app stores days of counting)


Wishing that MS do the same to Onenote soon….

Thanks. It’s pretty easy on the Android and Linux platforms I tested. Wonder how long it will take before we see links FROM other notes (Roam). I’m finding that Simplenote has been a very reliable tool for me, and really not a bad markdown editor. It’s only drawback is that it’s not encrypted. Notes editors generally seem to be a profligate software category.

Yes, lack of encryption is my major reason why I prefer Standard Notes over Simplenote.
