Steve Diamond had some problems with, I believe, an earlier version.  I’ve asked the vendor if these problems have been solved.

Here is the Rolback Rx vendor’s reply to Steve Diamonds concerns:

“Thank you for your inquiry.  Typically you shouldn’t have any issues with disk errors on behalf or our product. The only time you may experience these problems, is if you are using another software that may conflict with our product. These include disk imaging software and encryption software.

“Regarding defragmentation process: It is true that if you wish to defrag, then you will want to uninstall the software first, however to avoid this process ( which will not do very much because our software will restore you hard drive to the way it was before the defrag) we have our own snapshot defragmentation feature that was created to eliminate the need for such a process.

“Again, if you do have any disk errors, it could be because you are running software that may have conflicts with ours. Be sure to check compatibility with our product and if you do recieve any errors, let us know what they are in order for us to find a solution for you.”
