It looks interesting, but not compellingly so.  Will need to see the final product and pricing.

Yes, FSNotes is pretty good, just $7 I think for both the Mac and iOS apps. Regularly updated, just got iPad drag-and-drop the other day in the most recent update. I own them but still find myself resorting to Apple Notes out of \sheer habit for most things.
