Groupy (Windows)

Groupy has all kinds of organizational and content management possibilities. The collections feature is incredibly useful.
I bought a license for $5 during the holiday sale (still going on).from Stardock. I've already used Fences for a long time, but adding Groupy to the mix makes everything so much easier.

The video makes one inaccurate claim: that Groupy is the only application that does this.
TaskSpace has been able to do this since 2013:
