He could have the best app in the world, but if it hasn’t been designed for the market that needs and wants it most, it’s going to fail.

Too bad. I used TN heavily during several different periods, and with scripting I was able to replicate some ConnectedText features. It’s probably been my favorite iOS app. Interestingly, he just released a new version of it within the past few weeks, with additional scripting tweaks.

Agree with others here. I tried to use it several times, but gave up because of the lack of a decent desktop companion.

I agree with others - lacking a companion desktop app is the main reason I didn’t use it, especially there are some strict requirements for the file formats. Yes, it is just plain text, but I can not have spaces in the file name and there are headers in the files. Honestly, the notes I put in TN are those I still left in their original format and didn’t merge with my other plain text notes.

It is sad there isn’t really a good wiki app that works seamlessly between iOS and MacOS. My biggest hope was Voodoopad - I love the desktop version and still use it everyday at work. The policies of my company disallow me to use any online apps so it is the right fit. However, I don’t use it to manage my personal notes. The iOS app is just … bad.
