There has been discussion of collaboration software here recently. I just came across one I hadn’t heard of before and I couldn’t find that it had been discussed here previously. It’s called Notejoy and it looks pretty nice, just judging from this intro video:

It looks like a nice note manager with clients for Mac, Windows and iOS, but the premium version is a bit pricey for single-person use. It is worth looking into if you need collaboration, I think.

Looks similar to Notion.

Looks nice.  Pretty simple though. That’s a really nice change-log at the folder level though to make collaboration much smoother.  You are spot on, this would be good for collaborating with a mixed group of people.  I hesitate to collaborate with OneNote and Notion because my workflow with note-taking software has evolved for over a decade while 98% of coworkers don’t even recognize a use for this category.  Therefore I keep my idiosyncratic workflows to myself rather than trying to ‘convert’ the uninterested.  Collaborating with a dumbed-down thing like this would be a decent compromise since you have no choice but to keep it simple.  Then maybe after a few people see the light, they might want something more robust.  At that point I’d invite them to collaborate with my overly-intricate notion database and freak out when they break it.  Then keep it to myself again.

I just got an email from the developer announcing a 50% off sale:

FYI I haven’t subscribed, but it is tempting.
