All Task Information in One Place

I like to keep my task data in my Moleskine.
However, it is good to be able to have all computer data accessible in one spot.
I am leaning toward IDEA, but am suspicious because it is so long since we have seen any enhancements.
Personal Brain I am getting the hang of, but they seem to have the same bias as Mind Manager for pricing themselves more for the corporate market. It is unfortunate because I am sure they lose a ton of sales; both writers and individual researchers need the professional version but can’t afford it.
I have given up in frustration with Ultra Recall—their web capture is so inferior to Evernote, and MyInfo’s columns are simply easier to use. I could also use MI or Free Mind for grouping topic related materials.
IDEA would have it if I knew they were committed to developing the program.

I finally broke down and bought the pro version of Personal Brain. It’s a fantastic program even though it costs almost as much as a gallon of gas. The more I use it, the more I like it. It’s stable and ergonomic and I’ve been doing a lot of writing with it, mostly in the thought notes. There are a lot of features I haven’t checked out yet. Very nice app, though pricey. Definitely pricey.

Alternatively, Ready-Set-Do! (http://homepage.mac.com/toddvasquez/Ready-Set-Do!/Personal93.html) - an interesting “application” of GTD principles and rules (that is not in itself a software application, but a set of scripts).
