I’ve been following that site and their posts have given me a lot of insight into note-taking philosophy.  Was pretty excited to test drive their new baby.  Then ‘Mac-only’.  Don’t know how I missed that leading up to the release!  Mac-island has quite the advantage with PKM software.

Nvalt still works fine for me. Is there an advantage I’m missing?

Thanks for pointing this out. If you find the time to email me about this in detail, that’d be greatly helpful!

Yes, the saved searches feature is nice. Otherwise (the newly Markdown-enabled) Simplenote is the most obvious direct competitor.

But it’s a good start.

Have just noticed - belatedly - that Steve Z. has written a helpful and generally positive review of the application here: https://welcometosherwood.wordpress.com
