Remlap Knowledgebase?

In the comments for the General Knowledgebase download at GOTD, a few commenters mentioned this software: Remlap Knowledgebase. It’s at http://www.remlapsoftware.com/. Here’s part of the summary from the developer:

Doesn’t appear to install on Vista :(
