I received a request to have links within the forum messages open in a new window. I like this as well, so that's now the default behavior. In the future, I may make this an option that each user can set within their account settings; especially if there are many people who just don't like this behavior.

I vote for previous behavior. You always have two options then. 'Left click' - open in the same window, 'Right click' menu - open in new window. With the new behavior there is no choice.

Okay - the default for links is now that they will open in the same window. For folks who prefer links to open in a new window: you can change this setting by going to the new "My Account" link under your display name in the green bar when you are logged in and check the appropriate box. Note this screen also allows you to change your username, name, or password.
