Looks like an interesting app, but a $6.99 app that hasn’t been updated since Dec 2016 gives me pause. and even if it didn’t, I don’t see how one can even download or buy the app - when visiting the website the Mac App Store links are dead; the app seems to have been pulled from the MAS, at least in the US. How did you get the app?
It’s also hard to find any independent info on it - search engines overwhelm me with links for Huemote and OneNote.
