Caqdas with Image Retrival

Does anyone know of a program that provides image retrieval of codes?

Example:
a PDF has images & text
after coding - i want to retrieve the codes as a report
all programs do fine for text, but NONE i’ve tried can retrieve images
nor do any retain the original formatting of the text

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
