Version 2.2 is out in the Mac App Store but not (at least not today) on the developer’s site.
This version introduces an optional outline view as a sidebar —displays anything with headers or .schedule or .todo modes.

Nice, I have to say. But I think, on balance, that I still prefer Outlinely.
Although FoldingText has some great options, like permanent wordcount, GitHub-style task lists, comments/highlights etc. (albeit using a non-standard syntax).
However, much will depend on who brings an iOS version to market first. I’m suspecting Outlinely will lead the charge here!
