I just copied an Ecco outline using Ctrl+C on a headline. Then I used the Checkvist Import command, and did a Ctrl-V to paste the imported outline into the box displayed by Checkvist. I then clicked the checkvist Import Tasks button, and the outline was imported perfectly into Checkvist. Checkvist also has good export options - including opml, and tab-indented plain text.

The mobile website m.checkvist.com also works well in Chrome running on Android on my Samsung Galaxy Note II. Muy bueno.
