myBase update

As of yesterday, there is a new, myBase version 5.4 at http://www.wjjsoft.com.

BE SURE to read the Changelog, and remember that being hot-off-the-programmers, it may have bugs.

I have also discovered that the WebCollect ver. 1.7 setup file is different from the Ver. 1.7 file I already had. I have requested info about this change.
