Those of you interested in Zoot XT (that is, the long-long-long awaited Zoot 6) are probably already aware of this, but just in case you are not, you may be intriuged to know that Tom Davis has announced July 1, 2011, as the official release date. The Zoot web site has been updated with information about the new release, some of which -- even though I've been following it -- I was unaware of. Here's a link to the site:

Impressive indeed! Zoot seems to include more or less all possible tools to get information into it: email, RSS, browser, zooter etc.

I see the cloud mentioned, but not as I recall it about a year ago. Has the ability to use Gmail as cloud storage been discontinued for some reason?

Correction: of course, it's still there, as email | Zoot Cloud
