Don’t hold your breath on a timely response, Stephen. When they first launched, I always received a prompt reply from the same person, and the response was detailed and personal. I think that person may still be there, but the last time I wrote, I cannot recall if I did not receive any reply, or received it weeks later. Any way I try to look at it, it’s still a mess. They are focusing on Ai, something I do not need, and they have not fixed things that I do need, like a web clipper. All in all, a painful decline of a program that had some promise.
