Many years ago when I was writing my first textbook using Wordstar, I also used DOS outliner called PCOutline (I think that's the right name!). It had a feature which allowed me to move an item along with all that item's children and grandchildren at the same time. It kept all the subsections of that item in the same order. It was a simple but highly effective tool for restructuring and reorganizing my ideas and logic.

I haven't been able to find an outliner for Windows or Mad that will do the same thing. Can anyone suggest an outlner that has that feature?
