Interesting. I've been thinking about a pure Python Zettelkasten. I can't install unapproved software on my work laptop, and company approved notetaking stops with Notepad++ and OneNote.
OneNote's famous and long standing search failures make it unsatisfactory.
Maybe I should just use Org-mode. I was an emacs enthusiast for many years. Just because I let myself be corrupted by Vim doesn't mean I couldn't go back. ;-)
