Cherrytree adds shared nodes

Cherrytree (https://giuspen.com) has entered the rank of outliners that let you have a child under more than one parent. Its latest version lets you create shared nodes, the same entry in more than one location in the outline. A change to one node linked this way is immediately reflected in the node it’s linked to.
