I REALLY wanted to like Ayoa. It’s so colorful too! Unfortunately, basic features like changing or adding a tag to multiple items at once are missing. If you want to change the date for 10 items…when I used it you had to edit 10 separate tasks 10 separate times.

I actually had a demo with one of their guys. The desktop version can’t search multiple maps, and the web version can’t use features like drag & drop and the notes suck.

What plugins? I tried the mind-map one, but it just gave me like, paragraphs? It wasn’t like topics I could open for notes. Also, everything is just ALL BLACK. There’s no color anywhere…

What do you mean by dynamic text field?

Busy bee.  You’ve tried them all, but maybe take a look at Taskheat—not 100% of your requirements, but maybe 80%?  60%?

You could also try Zenkit Base. It includes a “Hierarchy” view and a “Mindmap” view. It has custom fields. I don’t know about integrating with Windows files. (A limitation is that the Hierarchy view doesn’t show columns, and the table view doesn’t show hierarchy.)

That being said, InfoQube is far more robust, and integrates well with Windows, although its Kanban-like functionality isn’t a built-in Kanban view, but rather a type of functionality that can be set up.
