Help Finding Correct Software

I need the ‘minimum app’ capable of doing a specific job.

I recently launched a website (DisneyDispatch.com) that has several daily updates. Each update has a category and a title. The site is only two weeks old, but already I’m having trouble remembering previous updates (which I want to remember so I can occasionally reference them in current updates).

I’d like to find software that will take in four bits of data: the title of the update, the URL of the update, and the tag used to classify the update. I should then be able to click any tag and get back a list of the updates matching that tag, sorted by most recent. Not rocket science, and I know of programs that can handle it reasonably well e.g., Personal Knowbase, MyInfo, CintaNotes, etc.

But what I’m looking for is that type of functionality delivered through a simple tabular or spreadsheet interface. No tree, no RTF, no editor. Just a big, big tag-enabled table, preferably free, preferably with minimal system requirements. Is there such a thing?

Thanks!
